Summer Concert Preview: The Negro Spiritual: Soundtrack of Our Journey
Through music and discussion, presenters will offer a preview and socio-historical context for Houston Ebony Opera Guild’s Summer Concert scheduled for late June 2013. The performance, a Juneteenth celebration, will commemorate the 150th Anniversary of The Emancipation Proclamation and the 50th Anniversary of The March on Washington.
